How Do I Prepare for My Appointment?
Before Appointment​

Before your appointment drink 1-2 liters of water. Hydration is key to achieving desired results

Avoid alcohol, caffeine and carbonated drinks 24h before your appointment

Avoid eating heavy meals 1 - 2 hours before your appointment

Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing

Ultrasonic Cavitation is not recommended if you are mensurating. Please wait a week after or prior your cycle to book an appointment

After Appointment

Drink 2 liters of water. Drinking water is necessary to eliminate the fat out of your body

Perform 20 - 30 minutes of light exercise within 12 hours of treatment.

Avoid fatty food, alcohol and caffeine 24h-48h after treatment

You can resume daily routines after treatment, there is no downtime

Maintain a well balanced diet and regular exercise
Does It Hurt?
No, Ultrasonic cavitation, Radio frequency and enhancement procedures are non invasive and completely pain free. There is zero downtime and you can return to normal physical activity after your treatment.

How Many Sessions Are Needed?
Treatment session can vary depending on age, weight and the treatment area. Standard treatment ranges from 6 - 12 sessions, 1 -2 times per week at least 72 hours between sessions for best results. However, you will start to see results within the first and second session.
How Long Do Results Last?
Result will have a lasting effect with proper hydration, a balanced diet and regular exercise.
Is It Safe?
Yes! These are non invasive, non surgical treatments that require no anesthesia. They are safe and FDA approved in Canada and the US.
What Are The Side Effects
Side effects may include temporary redness, swelling, tenderness or bruising. This can last for a couple hours to a couple of days before subsiding on its own.​
